- I think the test case failures are not related to the patch. I have raised
one task HDFS-8642 to fix below failure case.

The directory /test cannot be deleted since /test is snapshottable and already
has snapshots

- It seems HDFS-8656 has modified FSNamesystem.java file. I've re-based the
previous patch in latest trunk and attached again.
