02 patch does adjustChunkBoundary() every time -before- switching streamer.
02 patch does adjustChunkBoundary() every time *after* switching streamer.
Btw, I found another bug [one cell need two
packets|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDFS-8734]. Welcome any advice.
