If you restart a DN, you can't corrupt blocks any more. The indices of
datanodes list in memory is mismatched with the indices of data dir in disk.
It's a defect of MiniDFSCluster. That's why the patch includes many private
util functions.
Uploaded 01 patch. Please let me know if need more cases.
