I tested with Chrome 44, Firefox 36 and Safari and I can't reproduce. Which
browser are you using?
bq. For last contact, if its greater than 3 seconds ago, only then would I be
interested in the timestamp.
Let's just leave it for now. We can address it in a separate jira.
