The test failure
{{org.apache.hadoop.hdfs.TestDistributedFileSystem.testDFSClientPeerWriteTimeout}}
is handled in jira HDFS-8812 so can ignore the same.
[~ozawa] kindly review the attached patch and let me know for any changes.
