At first I have converted the test into JUnit v.4 and it had start passing.
Later I did a number of validation on different machine with and without the
patch and it seems that the test is passing in either case with latest trunk.
However, it has been failing in the latest trunk build on Hudson, so let's see
what's gonna happen next morning.
