Description: This is a follow up of HDFS-8803. HDFS-8803 exposes multiple
checkstyles and whitespace warnings in the Jenkins run. These warnings should
be fixed. (was: This jira tracks the effort of fixing whitespace and
checkstyle issues after moving {{DfsClientConf}} to the hdfs-client module.)
