Hi [~jingzhao][~walter.k.su]. We test Diskspace quota exceeding scenario of
ECZone based on new version of HDFS-7285( last git commit:
60bd765ac1b7d21189efc47058c00ff956a2dc86).
The exception message becomes back similar to earlier version of HDFS-7285, the
message log has been attached [^ECSpcaeQuota-20150907.log]. I would like to
keep track of this issue, and after known issues were fixed, I will try to
simplify the warning msg output.
