[~walter.k.su] What I'd like us to do is basically to move the NN-related
logics ({{locateFollowingBlock}} and {{bumpGenStamp}}) *up* to a coordinated
level (either OutputStream or Coordinator or a new class). If creating a
{{BlockGroupDataStreamer}} class is easier than refactoring {{DFSOutputStream}}
then I'm +1 on the idea.
