Yes the purpose for this new tool is to benchmark throughput of HDFS client 
read and write, for both replica and striping modes, considering we may make 
the tool more erasure coding specific in future, I thought it's OK not to use a 
general name. Then, better to use {{ErasureCodingBenchmarkThroughput}} for 
consistency.
