Here's a patch. It uses datatables like in HDFS-6407
1. I've also reduced the length of some of the individual coloumns
2. Removed Block size specially which I didn't think made sense after HDFS-3689.
3. Reducing the length of {{Last Modified}} times to be like Linux {{ls -l}}
