Yes, I think we can move it into {{hadoop-hdfs-client}} directly and put in the
same package in {{hadoop-hdfs-client}} after most of other removing work done,
and moving {{DistributedFileSystem}} depends on the {{DFSClient}}. Then it
will not break the compatibility.
