The v0 patch deletes the
{{hadoop-hdfs-project/hadoop-hdfs/src/main/resources/META-INF/services/org.apache.hadoop.fs.FileSystem}}
and moves the {{DistributedFileSystem}} entry to the client side counterpart
file.
