This patch moves the libhdfspp implementation to the hadoop-hdfs-native-client
module in order to be consistent with HDFS-9170. It will simplify the
implementation of HDFS-8766, and also allows reusing the tests in the libhdfs
library.
This patch also makes all necessary changes to make it compile after the latest
rebase.
