As offline discussion with [~aw], the failing findbugs is caused by a
{{test-patch}} bug. He fixed the bug in the {{Yetus}} version of test-patch.
I ran the {{Yetus}} version of {{test-patch}} with {{HFDS-9167.002.patch}} and
the log file is {{test-patch.Yetus.002.log}}. It looked good overall in my
opinion.
