I could see HDFS-8287 is adding are few more threads to make
{{DFSStripedOutputStream#writeParityCells}} non-blocking. Now while writing two
set of threads are spawning, how about sharing the same {{thread pool}} between
both the parity generator threads and StripedDataStreamer threads?
