It might be easier to just include the hpp and license.txt.
It also makes sense to put the file under {{rapidxml-1.13/rapidxml}} so that
the users can put {{rapidxml-1.13}} into the include path and to write
{{#include <rapidxml/rapidxml.hpp>}} directly. This is similar to how gmock /
gtest are organized in the branch.
