GAO Rui updated HDFS-9070:

Release Note: The output of fsck command for being written hdfs files had
been changed. When using fsck against being written hdfs files with
{{-openforwrite}} and {{-files -blocks -locations}}, the fsck output will
include the being written block for replication files or being written block
group for erasure code files.
