I noticed that the tests that have been moved into hadoop-hdfs-client are not
generating any log output, which makes it more difficult to troubleshoot test
failures. I filed a fix on HDFS-9378 to drop a log4j.properties file at
hadoop-hdfs-project/hadoop-hdfs-client/src/test/resources.
