I didn't think through when I created this jira. I created this so we can
discuss it.
A {{StripedDataStreamer}} is really a big task. The resources on client machine
will be exhausted, before it notices the overhead of many thread created for
streamers. It's not quite many I think.

would like to close this jira if you don't mind. And welcome different opinions.
