Bob Hansen updated HDFS-9416:
-----------------------------
    Attachment: HDFS-9416.HDFS-8707.004.patch

[~xiaobingo] - Thanks for running that to ground for us. I took the liberty of
renaming the patch to HDFS-9416.HDFS-8707.004.patch to try to tickle the build
system.

Do the PROTOBUF_INCLUDE_DIRS need to be added to the includes of each
sub-directory of libhdfspp, or would it be sufficient to add it to the includes
of the top-level directory
(hadoop-hdfs-project/hadoop-hdfs-native-client/src/main/native/libhdfspp)?

> As discovered in HDFS-9380 the current pom.xml / CMakeLists.txt in libhdfspp
> does not respect the configuration from the maven command line. Subsequently
> it breaks the Jenkins build.
> Both pom.xml and CMakeLists.txt need to be fixed to get Jenkins working again.
