The wrench sign for 'live and decommissioned' nodes and the power down sign for
'decommissioned and dead' nodes is absent for datanodes on the NN-UI (2.7).
The fix is to correct the spellings of 'decommissioned' in relevant class
value in hadoop-css and dfshealth.html. Also correcting the spelling of
Decommissioning in dfshealth.html
