bq. Should this fix be included in the 2.6 / 2.7 maintenance releases? Losing
ACL on restart seems pretty serious.
Tentatively adding for 2.6.3 and 2.7.2.
[~xiaochen], [~cnauroth], know if this is this a long standing bug or broken
recently?
