This is some general clean-up for: RoundRobinVolumeChoosingPolicy
I have also updated and expanded the unit tests a bit.
There is one error message being generated that I changed. I felt the previous
Exception message was not that helpful and therefore it was possible to trim it
down. If the exception message must be enhanced, the entire list of "volumes"
should be included.
