For one datanode, this datanode may be have not only one data directorys. And
each dataDir has correspond to a FsVolums. And in some time, the one of these
dataDirs being created files or dirs slowly because of hardware problems.
What's more, it will influence the whole node. So we need to monitor these
slow-writing disk.
