Multiple namenodes can be specified as a comma separated list.
This patch adds two utility methods to DFSUtil class.
1. To get list of namenodes from the conf
2. To get the primary node given a conf and a secondary hostname.
getNNAddresses is moved from Namenode to DFSUtil.
