Hi [~kanaka] I think the description in your patch is not entirely accurate.
Based on a code look, that's the port that the ZKFC RPC server binds to, it's
not actually used to talk to ZooKeeper. It'd be good to spell out "Zookeeper
Failover Controller" rather than abbreviating "ZKFC" too.
