Yes, the current {{getSafeLength}} implementation depends on the assumption
that the parity chunks are only generated based on the full stripe. We need to
update the whole mechanism after supporting hflush. That requires additional
metadata and maybe new protocol. So currently I just added a new TODO to the
{{getSafeLength}} method.
The new patch also fixes the findbug warning.
