# Removed unnecessary add and remove calls from the DiskVolumeSet
# Removed checking for space constraints from the balanceVolume
# Supported to toString in MoveStep and removed getDescription and
setDescription calls.
Based on off-line discussion left the multi-threading code for planning intact.
At some point we will support federation and then we will be looking at
processing lots of nodes. Hence left the capability to do that in place.
