Description: HDFS-5986 adds *Number of Blocks Pending Deletion* on namenode
UI and JMX, propose to expose this from hdfs dfsadmin -report as well. This is
useful when hadoop admin was not able to access UI (e.g on cloud), he/she can
directly use command to retrieve this information. (was: HDFS-5986 adds
