Thanks [~liuml07] for reporting this and [~walter.k.su] to work on this. I also
noted the failure while working on HDFS-9719 but then never got the chance
again.
To fix it, we would need to reliably repeat the issue, but given current test
approach, it may be not easy. It looks related to mis-aligned decoding input
buffers given. To expose the issue, I guess we can reorganize the tests by: 1)
define all sorts of file lengths to test; 2) for each kind of file length, test
the current supported block corrupting cases with the randomness. The test
space will be much extended and can cover much more. Sure it will mean more
test time to take.
