In HDFS-9724, it have reused the ObjectMapper instance to improve the
performance in {{WebHDFS}}. But in other places, it still using ObjectMapper by
{{new ObjectMapper()}}. We probably need a comprehensive review across the
whole codebase to look for this pattern and modify them. In MAPREDUCE-6626,
YARN-4668, these jiras also work for this.
