Updated the patch to
* Rebase to trunk
* Remove ACL outputs part because HDFS-6249 has already done that.
* Address [~ajisakaa]'s comments, adding NN version checks before dumping
certain fields.
* Simplify tests, in similar way to HDFS-6249.
