[~zhz],[~walter.k.su], [~drankye] and [~liuml07], I thought maybe we could 
close current block group when flush is called. And write the new data to a new 
block group. This could avoid lots of trouble, but I am not sure how hive/hbase 
and other apps using flush. If these apps always using flush/sync lots of times 
against on file, we might create too much new and small block groups. Could you 
share your opinions?
