Description:
In the following case, the message <mv: `/tmp/src/1.log': Input/output error>
is not friendly, it's better to show <mv: `/tmp/dest/1.log': File exists>.

that complains input/output error, while <hadoop fs -mv /tmp/src/1.log
/tmp/dest/1.log> will show <mv: `/tmp/dest/1.log': File exists>. The behavior
of the two should be similar.
