Thanks a lot [~jingzhao] for the explanation. I've attached another patch to
show the changes. I hope I've covered your first comment. But for the second
one I still kept the changes inside BlockStripedInfo class because this logic
requires block indices references to do the switching. Do you have any
suggestion/advice to me.
