Per offline discussion with [~jingzhao], [~szetszwo] and [~demongaorui], all
the previous concerns were addressed in the current design. The v2.2 design doc
was updated accordingly. Any further feedback is welcome.
A demo patch for writer and parity DN block receiver will be posted later.
Meanwhile, we need break down subtasks and create new jiras to track them for
easier coding, testing and reviewing work. Will link them after creation.
