Attach my patch which removes startKdc profile from hdfs pom.xml.
For the files changed in HDFS-3016, {{TestSecureNameNode}} no longer depends on
startKdc profile at all, so it's not removed in the patch; krb5.conf was not
added HDFS-3016, and might be useful for other tests/the future, so not removed
in this patch.
