Hi [~anu]. It looks like there is a small clean-up needed on JavaDocs. For
the test failures, JUnit requires that {{@Before}} and {{@After}} methods are
members instead of {{static}}. I don't think the Checkstyle warnings are worth
addressing.
Otherwise, the latest revision looks good to me.
