[~piaoyu zhang], In latest versions of hadoop. {{dfshealth.jsp}} has been
replaced by new HTML5 webUI {{dfshealth.html}}
Where page will load without any hiccups. Its completely lockless and works
entirely on basis of JMX metrics.
