The findbugs issue we can be ignore. it is true that all instances for
listVolume will be userArgs, but when we support paging for listBuckets, then
the template param can be either userArgs or volumeArgs. So having that
precondition is useful for future readers to recognize invariants of this code.
In other words, this findbug issue will go away automatically in the next code
patch.
