OK.  The new revision makes the DirectoryScanner message about a misplaced 
block more consistent with the VolumeScanner one.

It makes more sense to point out that the block is misplaced rather than to 
claim that it "has to be upgraded."  For example, some sysadmins copy blocks 
around manually-- in that case, the mis-placement has nothing to do with 
upgrade.
