I'm attaching patch v003 to correct the Checkstyle warning. I also fixed the
Findbugs warning, even though it's unrelated to this patch. There was a
pre-condition check that a passed object was of type {{UserArgs}}. However,
the type declaration of {{class ListArgs<T extends UserArgs>}} already
guarantees the type is {{UserArgs}} at compile time. There is no need for a
further runtime pre-condition check on the type.
