Attaching a short design note about the proposed config keys. The goals are:
# Minimal configuration required out of the box, use sensible defaults.
# Service RPC port equivalent should always be enabled to give DNs and clients
separate ports.
# Bind addresses should be configurable for multi-homed deployments.
