HDFS-10363.01.patch
v01 patch. After this patch you will require an ozone-site.xml to test Ozone. I
am attaching the minimal ozone-site.xml file I used for testing. I did manual
testing to verify Ozone REST commands are working as expected.
You still need to start then stop the NameNode before starting the SCM. The
coexistence requires additional fixes.
Also this patch breaks existing Ozone tests that are using MiniDFSCluster. They
need to be fixed to use MiniOzoneCluster which I think needs some more fixes.
To keep this patch tractable I will fix the tests separately.
