This is excellent. A few nitpicky comments:
# The documentation should be under the hadoop-hdfs project.
# We should add a link to the DiskBalancer documentation from the
HDFSCommands.html page. Alternatively it can just be a sub-section in
HDFSCommands.html like balancer, instead of a new page.
# For commands the font is quite small. We could use the same font used by the
HDFSCommands.html page.
# Document verbose option for query
# The following statement could link to the balancer docs so the difference is
clearer to someone not familiar with the balancer. i.e. link to
HDFSCommands.html#balancer
