Current patch introduces the sasl_protocol/sasl_engine framework, and has been
tested with GSASL, if available on the building machine.
HDFS-10450 will add Cyrus SASL, an ASF-compatible SASL engine.
I'm looking in to how we can test with a mini cluster and kerberos. I'll
capture that in a separate bug.
