[~anatoli.shein]: Thanks for cleaning up all of the crufty includes in
filesystem.h and filesystem.cc as part of this.
For consistency, namenode_operations.{cc|h} would be a better choice.
If you can fix and post that, I'll get it checked in after a good CI run.
