By specifying -Djsvc.location one can specify a different location or version
from which to pull the jsvc package. The package is expanded as part of the
build process. Thus, if one needs a different platform, they can specify it
here. jsvc on OSX was really flaky, as I remember it, but this was tested
against 64- and 32-bit versions of jsvc.
