TestDiskBalancerCommand#testReportNode assume order of result entries returned,
however, DiskBalancerDataNode#volumeSets and DiskBalancerVolumeSet#volumes have
no guarantee on the order since they are initialized as HashMap. The test
should be fixed by not assuming the order.
